Payment Schedule
We require a 50% deposit prior to project commencement, with the remaining 50% to be paid upon completion of the final video. Once the video is signed off by the client, we will issue the final invoice. The client will receive the full handover package upon receipt of the final payment.

Payment options
Payments can be made through Bank Transfer and credit card. All bank charges are to be borne by the client.

Client response time
The client may take as long as needed to respond to deliverables, however, response times of longer than two days can negatively impact the project timeline. Instinct Animations takes no responsibility for project delays in such a case.

Digital rights
Upon receipt of the full payment, the client shall own all completed and fully accepted deliverables. Prior to receipt of full payment, all content relating to the deliverables are owned by Instinct Animations, and shall not be shared publicly by the client. Digital rights shall be protected through a small watermark on all video content until receipt of full payment.

Communication
Communication between Instinct Animations and the client will be conducted through email, phone call, skype and/or google hangouts.

Revisions
2 rounds of revisions are given at each stage in the process. Project stages will be defined as: Script, Voiceover, Storyboard and Animation. Any further revisions will require a fee of 10% of the total video cost.
